Ms. Tennant bought the company in 2000 managing 97 units and has now grown to managing 150 units currently. The company had formally been Jayhawk Property management which was established in 1951 by Mr. Forest Tennant SR. Ms. Tennant bought the company and has carried on Mr. Tennant’s tradition of well-maintained rentals as well as customer service for both owners of the properties and the tenants who rent them.
